Damage in Dressing Room

Imagine trying on clothes in a department store dressing room when water starts dripping from the ceiling. That, unfortunately happened in this store to a young lady who braved the heavy rains to go shopping.

Wet Ceiling Dripping

The dripping came from a roof where a seal had finally broken through to a vent pipe. The water came down through attic space and founds its way to the can lights.

Removal of the ceiling was the only way to get at the rest of the wet building materials above and to find where the leak was coming from. It was quickly remedied and we took care of the ceiling and cleaned the carpets.
